It's not bad I feel it was worth what I paid for it. They are pretty rigid, and it feels super strong to me and am not afraid of the hype of them blowing up. I'd go for it

I think they are made by Giant by the way.
Most of the Giant TT bikes use them now.
So i think the quality control should be great
