a better groupo; think about running at least Ultegra shifters/derailleurs on this beast. Bet you see a dramatic difference in shift response and especially SPEED! Nice build overall though!

going from 105 to an ultegra

going from 105 to an ultegra group would not do a damn thing for speed. it MIGHT lighten the bike a few ounces but thats it.

i like the bike. im not a fan of that front wheel though.

I agree about that front wheel. Matching the front to the back wheelset would look fantastic.
