This is my fiancee's bike. She bought it last year at the T-Town Velodrome spring swap meet. We have been slowly updating some of the parts trying to modernize some components while keeping with the retro feel of the bike. Thinking about updating to a newer group perhaps and getting a much lighter seatpost. What to you guys think so far?

I love the t-town swap, I'm

I love the t-town swap, I'm getting excited for May.

You ever tried to put fenders on that bike? I have an old bianchi frame I'm trying to trade for a frame I can fit fenders on, and someone emailed me saying they have a lemans RS they'd trade me for it. It has those fender mount braze ons, so I assume it would work, but I can't find a picture of one online anywhere with fenders on it.

Fenders

We've never thought about fenders for this bike. Its more road than commuter really but there are braze on mounts for fenders on the front and rear dropouts but none on the seat stays so keep that in mind when looking to purchase fenders. There is a decent amount of room between the crown of the fork and the rear frame to mount fenders I think.
