ja sind integriert..sind zwar ästhetisch nicht das beste aber erfüllen ihrer Zweck ziemlich gut..

I'm from Germany..so i can't tell you how much they are in the states.
Here they cost about 40 euros (approximately 55 dollar).

But go search ebay for some white downhill riser bars. I think there are penty of them available and you should get a good deal.

No it's Oversize. 31.8 mm.
