Forgive the cell phone pics, it's all I have for a camera right now. I wound up having to switch to the setback post because it wouldn't go low enough for the rider of the Cross Check I just built up. Turns out I like the added leverage of being a little more back over the pedals, climbing is way easier seated.
I'm loving these new wheels. My arm scale says this bike is pretty darn light for its size.

we both have bareknuckle's now. hehe. i'll post pics this weekend. or come out to gvcm or something.

It was pretty simple

I made a press out of a piece of all-thread, some nuts and washers. It's a very simple headset, so just two cups and it's done. Used a PVC pipe slid down the fork for the crown race. Just wide enough to clear the steer tube, small enough to center on the race, bashed the PVC pipe to seat the race. Easy.

Crank Bros Headset

I just got an Opium C headset, did you have any trouble installing it? Anything I should be cautious about?

Sadly, no

I live in Vegas. Zion's 3 hours away, has some good riding, roads made of cinder.

nice pick. zions is amazing.
