sweet ebay find repainted by bob freeman, elliott bay bicycles (Seattle) to original 'cool orange' schwinn color. serial number y-29 dates it to 1965. amazingly, came across a complete campy pista set a few days later on the 'bay from a swiss collector. components from 1968, but feel right at home on the paramount. taken for its maiden voyage at trexlertown velodrome last summer. fast and elegant. a real thoroughbred.

thats a very fine bike!

thats a very fine bike!

Great score!

A gorgeous bike, a fine later example of a track legend. Legendary Italian components on an American track legend? It's about time. You take care of that bike, but ride it, and enjoy it.
