No wrap around seat stay?

I hate to be a doubting Thomas, but taje this from the guy who used to host the Allegro website, who has woned three (still owns 2) and has spoken to the Grandjeans on many occasions, I don't thin k this is an Allegro! TO my knowledge, they have used two types of seat stay configurations 0 the famous wrap-around and the fastback type (aka Raliegh Pro) which they adapted in the mid eighties. This config looks like a Mondia. Now. Allegro did contract other builders to make frames for them, small custom shops - especially for their team bikes, but I have NEVER seen an Allegro with the Mondia-type seat stay termination on the seat tube. I'm just sayin', this is odd
