clear coat

what did you use to remove the clear coat and decals?
my friend has one and is trying to figure out how to remove it.

jasco

I used this: http://www.amazon.com/Jasco-Spray-Paint-Remover-17Oz/dp/B000BZTFQY

it took about 3 cans. Spray it on very liberally and let it sit there for about 10 minutes and work through the layers. You can also use a towel or a scotchbrite scrubber but make sure you use a non scratching one (the package will indicate this). Otherwise you'll scratch the chrome up a lot while rubbing the gunk off.

Chrome plating

Who did your chrome plating on this bike? Thanks

the bianchi pista

is sold at retail with chrome plating - http://www.bianchiusa.com/09_d2_pista_fix.html. I just removed the clearcoat and decals.

sickest bike ever!

raddest bike ever, I'm inspired...

Good

job

yeah!

i love this bike. silver and white brings me back to the old days of mobbin a dyno. haha. love the lacing on the front wheel. and i totally agree with that headset. and the person who said the fork change is a good idea. stock pista forks make me bonkers. this was on bikecult.com huh?

.

clean,simple, and nice.
i dont think you could have done a better job on the setup
she looks stunning

one of the nicest pistas around.

sweet

the

front wheel looks soo rad, silver phil and radial lacing, perfect!

Every Pista should look this

Every Pista should look this good. Finally some one was smart enough to get rid of the stock fork and decals. Oh and the threaded fork/headset was also a great touch.

seriously.

why isn't every pista as beautiful as this one

it's not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
