did you ever end up putting miles on that stem..? Just trying to figure out if anyone has had a good experience with one, or if they all just explode.

Hey man, actually the stem

Hey man, actually the stem is one of the only components I kept from this build and I still have it. Just recently replaced it, but not for lack of function. I put heavy mileage on it over the course of several years with no problems at all. The construction and finish is top notch. No flex or creaking. It's also one of the very few good open face stems available. Highly recommended!

You asked where your pictures are. If they're not showing up, it's probably because their names conflict with ones already in the system. It makes no sense to me, but filenames have to be unique when you upload.
