I got the frame, bars, stem and seatpost on Ebay brand new for 0 total; paid 0 for an all carbon fork and for an FSA headset; transferred the other parts from my old bike. The reach was much shorter than my BREW custom; so much that I had to sell it recently. It weighed about 19.0 lbs as is and about 0.75 lbs less with my sewups. I could probably save another 7oz with a new saddle/seatpost but this is comfortable.
I sold this after a few months because it was just too small for me.
