All Shimano 105 equipped. Found on Craigslist for 200 bucks, all I had to do was replace the saddle and tires. The paint was intentional. Starting to upgrade everything, starting with the stem and handlebars, then going to integrated shift levers.

not to be all "youshoulddothis..." but, it appears by the way your saddle is pushed forward so far that you might need a shorter stem, or one that has a positive rise to it.

that'd help with any feelings of stretching to reach the bars, etc.

Yep. Totally planning on getting a positive rise 60mm stem. Also looking into a zero setback seatpost.
