thanxs one more question is the price only including pwerdcoat, or is it take apart the parts, san blast or paint strip, and powercoat, or is it just for the powercoating?

Yeah, you got to strip the parts first. Most local shops can take the bottom bracket and headset apart for less than .

The sandblast is included with the powdercoating. Again, make sure they tape off the bottom bracket and head tube.
