I locked out the rear suspension by replacing the spring with a section of downtube from an old frame. This bike is the best.

I love seeing frankenbikes like this. I personally would have kept the suspension though as one of the few advantages of an unified rear triangle is that it doesn't affect chain tension.

I just threw some crap on

I just threw some crap on the frame to get it rolling. I'm probably going to build a set of wheels for this beast - 20" deep dish rims laced to some old Dura-Ace hubs I have laying around.
