    i want to buy a hed 3 but i was wondering what a good price to pay was? i found this one:

    I think you can get 650c tubular HED 3's for around 300, since 650c's and tubulars are in lower demand. But since that one's in such nice shape I guess I'd go up to like 350. Still, I think you might be able to do better than that since people are paying 300-350 for 700c's.
