What would be a Good in expensive frame set that has a aero styling to it? something i can set TT style FIxed.

What ever you get won't be as good as your Cinelli super pista.

Hands down, I think the best option would be a TIEMEYER Signature frameset. They are more "aero" than many of the higher-end carbon frames, plus way more durable and bombproof. I absolutely love mine.

It would be comparable in price to your Cinelli Pista.

Whatever you do, don't downgrade from that beautiful Cinelli to something like a Leader or even a MASH. That would be foolish.
