Well, We'll see. MPLS/STPL has a great bike culture. Many, Many people commute by bike all year long. And the first location happens to be on one of the most trafficked bike corridors in the cities.
The Twin Cities also have a very successful bike-share/rental program (https://www.niceridemn.org/), with bikes attached to a kind of "vending machine". So who knows. -

hahaha i love the idea. on stanford campus...we have a..uh...well..."version" of it. we have tools that are chained to a metal post for people to use. but with a security chain being so obnoxiously big, its a nightmare to use (especially the allen keys)
