  1.
Do you ride alone or in a group ?

Do you prefer riding in the rain or when it's nice and sunny ?

Do you prefer riding at night or in the daylight ?

Do you generally ride trails, road, highway, streets, or sidewalk ?

Do you like to travel fast or slow ? Whats your average cadence ?

Are you the long distance kind of guy/gal or the short commuter distance type ?

Do you dash between cars and lanes, or stay tight on the bicycle lane or the little space between the lane and sidewalk ?

sorry :p , I just wanted to know how other people ride :D !

    thanks !

Alone or with a friend or two. Big groups.. eh. Not my taste.
    Nice and Sunny
Both, but I ride in the day more.
    Roads and streets.
Not fast, but not slow. A nice, quick pace.
I commute to school, but I like long distance rides.
Stay in the bicycle lane when I'm by myself.

PS: Ride with a helmet or die.... literally.

Road or track. Always sprinting somewhere. Friends, groups, or solo. All Day. All Night. Fuck Cars. Cadence=Slow big ratio pusher except when I'm climbing. Lotsa Coffee. Some days I'll do a 100. Others I'll bar hop. Ride like anyone in front of you is a break away.

    1. I ride mostly alone, but sometimes as a pair (either with my girlfriend or my best buddy).

    2. Sometimes the nicest rides are when its pouring and you are one of the only people out there (and you are covered in gore-tex head-to-toe). There is something really relaxing / unifying about that. However, there is nothing like a sunny, Fall bike-ride where its just cool enough to remind you that you are sweating.

    3. Daylight.

    4. Mostly road / streets, sometimes trails, never sidewalk or highways.

    5. Out on the open road, average about 18-20 mph with a cadence of around 70-80 rpm but the speed varies a bit in the city..

    6. I love going as far as I can.

    7. I take as much of the road as possible while still allowing normal flow of traffic although I signal clearly if I need to dodge pot holes or people getting in / out of cars. Road rules are there for everyone’s safety and I try to obey rules except where, just as I would as a pedestrian, determine if breaking the rule is safe for myself and others.

No worries, its fun to share these things.

I guess the obvious answer is make a fixed gear 29er with a front brake of the linear or mechanical disc variety. That's a good idea, and I already have the fixed wheel, so....
