Posted By: Aaron Cdid your tire magically disappear when it popped. Skidding isn't the only way to stop on a fixed gear, what happened to applying back pressure? popping a tire while going down a hill does not equal ted shred.
i'm sorry i brought this up, I am done now.
I had no grip with my tire so whenever i turned i would feel as if i would spin out. I didn't want to keep going because putting back pressure isnt as effective as ted shredding.
I learned a lot by being corrected on everything though thanks. -

I ordered a charcoal grey zulu a few months back, and when i got it i thought it was black also, but it's actually a super dark grey, looks black in low light, outside you can see the grey. i use the bike as a commuter in nyc, it's holding up pretty good. had 1 flat, changed the tube and rim liner, no problems ever since. for $280 i think it's a pretty good deal. i saved a bunch a money to pay my rent. -

Ted Shred seems to be a spun out tweeker. I can still see him carrying two turntables while riding and then dropping them on the sidewalk while these comicon basement dwellers play him up like he's shit.
