This policy applies ONLY to the sale of tangible goods.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your product because of manufacturing defects (split threading, holes, problem with printing, etcetera) you can exchange the shirt for a new one within 30 days, subject to availability. You will pay return postage for the shirt.
Delivery: All items will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
Disputes: By using velospace, in the event that a dispute arises, you agree that the laws of the State of Illinois applies in all cases, and you further agree to submit to the courts of Cook County in the State of Illinois or the courts of the Northern District of Illinois, as forum and venue.
