fixed cannondale project

just bought this 55cm cannondale, there is alot of work i need to do to it...
i want to replace the handlebars with either bullhorns or drop downs and get a new stem, sand and paint the frame blue, orange handlebar grips tape, orange sandle (anyone know where i can get that?)
