This is my first fixed gear bike build. The frame was a 10 speed. I filed down all the lugs that were not needed and got a re-spray. I will be replacing the Bars with a Nitto 123AA and Brooks leather tape, Seat Post with a Nitto, the Saddle with a Brooks Swallow, Pedals with MKS. I have a Dura Ace front caliper which I will be putting on after a dodgy experience on a step hill and not being able to slow down.
