Sizes

I just got this frame and I'm trying to order some parts for it quick and dirty so I can get it finished and I don't know what sizes to order for the stem, seat post or BB. I assume 27.2 for the seat post and I've seen a lot of people with 103mm for the bottom bracket but I wanted to check and see what parts a finished one had before I go ordering everything.
