Specialized Avatar 130. A little heavier than the Alias but I'm putting so many miles on the Avatar that I can't change now.
SPD-SL pedals with new Specialized BG shoes.
30 speeds. Waaaay too many for any rational person. I'll use the entire cassette but not all three chainrings.

I looked at the new Madones and was impressed by them but I could get my mind off of the 5000. After I rode it, I knew that was that.
