Picked this up without wheels or handlebars for next to nothing. I found some nice Dura Ace Mavic wheels cheap, trued them up and put them on, a nice set of yellow and black vittoria tires, and I had a vintage set of Champion bars laying around. I used black and yellow tape, I only had one roll of each so I improvised, I left it cause I think it looks good. This ended up as one nice riding good looking bike.
