Love the Capella lugs. Also like the bareknuckle bullhorns and honey saddle. Works with that frame color. Well done.

Ah, memories! I had a red Carleton in the 1980s and commuted (in Los Angeles, CA!) on it. I sold it when I left -- I still miss that bike...
