Frame was stripped to chrome, leaving lugs the original blue metal flake. This is a great affordable frame made during a time in the 80s when Raleigh apparently (or according to what I could dig up on the internet, so don't quote me) licensed it's name to Huffy who had the frame manufactured in Taiwan - the head badge says "Raleigh - Cycle Company of America." The Deep V's ride like butter.
