No idea who the framebuilder is, never seen something similar. No ID Number or other markings. It is 100% aluminium or alloy, main tubes and monostay are lugged and glued or pressed. These aero-style lugs are thin welded aluminium sheets. Seat post is 25mm, strange seat clamp.

This is not a kestrel. kestrel built carbon/composite frames, didn't they?
