Year: 1969 or 70

Masi introduced the Gran Criterium model shortly after this was made. I've been collecting parts for the past 2 years to replace the obviously wrong ones that were on it. With that said, there's no one right way to build up the bike. But I think this is pretty close to how one could have built it up in 1969 or early 1970.

06/08/2008: I found a better saddle and am posting new pics.
