a friend builds these; we traded some nuovo record brakes and some cash for it. i've always wanted a pursuit bike, and here was my chance. the steering is somewhat index-y, which has both advantages and disadvantages. we may add a brake someday. riding this bike gives new meaning to the phrase "low-hanging fruit".
