hopefully this thing won't get you into as much trouble as some of your priors.

well, theres a little more to it than that.. one fork failed when a racer hit another racer that was already down on the track.
That led to the whole thing. Also, unless the frames were made in the last 3 months then they're supposed to be totally fine.

vivalo is still apparently making frames and wont be stopping their frame building.OCEAN is the new factory name, Kusaka San is collaborating with a young keirin frame builder,and will be applying for NJS certification in 3 years..

..but Vivalo lost their NJS license because one of their bikes' fork just snapped in half in the middle of a Keirin race.
