Stock Fork and Headset as well, soon to be upgraded to a Chris King headset (1 1/8) and i think I'm going to keep the fork.

i know it looks weak right now haha, but I'm building it up... I'm basically re-doing the whole bike except for the wheels, seat, and seat post.
