Not too much different than how I purchased it: nitto bullhorns, pauls lever, ultegra front brake, candy sl's. I have pretty much stopped riding my geared bianchi san lorenzo since I got this now. I want to work up to the point where I can start doing 30mile road group rides on this bike. Problem is that I cross country trail ride on Sat's and group road rides are on sunday and I am usually toasted.
