What kind of wheels are those? are they all blue or just blue walls? it's difficult to see in the picture

wheels are velocity aeroheads powdercoated aftermarket. tire up front was conti gp4000, rear was vredestein fortezza.

I left this bike in Portland, I'm riding my KHS around in Eugene. So it's just collecting dust! Kinda lame but oh well, once I get back it's gonna see the track if it's dry.

Upgrades? Got a Tri-Spoke, that's the main deal.
