I purchased this from a fellow in Australia over the summer, and have finally cleaned it up and gotten it back in riding shape. The headset was a disaster, and the paint had a greasy film all over - the lugs were difficult to appreciate at that point. The paint is all original, and shows quite a bit of 'beausage'.
The history after it was built is unknown. In the 1980's, the frame had derailleurs and some goofy setup. After that, it sat in storage. The original bars were too rusted to keep.
Built for 27" wheels.
