Does anybody out there know anything about this parts group? It looks like it says 600 OX but not entirely sure. The brakes were some sort of center pull but very funky looking, still have them, but just not running them due to replacement pads are non-atainable.

trade

would you be willing to trade your 36 hole atlanta for my 28 hole atlanta built to the same hub? message me or comment back. thanks.

suicide shift

I love the suicide shifters on my 3.0 cannondale. They're out of the way, and it reminds me not to shift so often.

-I may not plan for shit... but I'm prepared for anything!

Not suicide shifters

The phrase "suicide shifter" on a road bike usually means either stem shifters, or these. Those are just regular old downtube shifters, still used in a lot of pro tours today.

suicide

not to many hills here in indy, I also find myself hardly ever shifting. It was a bitch trying to find the assembly that bolts through the frame.

If it's a fixie

...why does it still have the derailleur?

no fixie

sorry, don't know how that tag got on there, but thanks for letting me know so I can remove it. Will be posting my fixed very soon though.

I really need some help on getting an ideal of what the hell this parts group is though

TX again,

JT

don't know much about it,

don't know much about it, but I really like those hubs.

cannon....

awesome frame...nice color

fuzzy

yea, its when cannondale actually ground down the welds & finished them nicely.

TX for the line

JT

welds

the cdales are actually are mitered, hand welded and then heat treated. on the parts group, i believe they used shimano 600. thats what i've seen on my friends cdale and others.

Parts Group

I'm going to try to take some macros of the insigna on the parts & post them. Hopefully someone out there will know

JT

It was a short-lived

It's actually 'AX'. It was a short-lived 'aerodynamic' groupset. They did a DA version as well. Lots of interesting features, like those brakes, 1" pedal spindles and headsets that require proprietary tools to tighten.

Nice frame.

Dude you got it

I've got 2 sets of those brakes, the other set came off my 82 Trek that I also have posted here. I still have all the parts groupings, pedals, cranks, brakes, seatposts, stems, headsets ect.

Are they even worth a crap?

Where can I get some brake pads, any ideas?

JT
