a great front wheel. that rim is "BLINGIN". So when you say hand polished...what did you use and how long did it take---if you dont mine telling me. Did you also polish it while the rim wasnt built yet?

It took a few days on/off

It took a few days on/off on/off. I could have done a better job with it making it much much smoother and brighter if i wanted to but I felt like I was sanding forever. Use scuff pads, aircraft remover or other things to get off the top coat. Once thats off you're smooth sailing. That was the hardest part for me to do. Oh yeah and I polished it with the rim UNBUILT.

LOTS of hours of sanding...you definitely need time if you're gonna do it yourself. Or good sanding tools.
