Nope, it doesn't hit the frame. It's an Oval Concepts A700 TT brake caliper which is designed to mount behind the fork. It's suppose to be more aerodynamic...but I bet if anything it is less aerodynamic than a regular caliper, I just thought it looked cool. Don't try to mount a regular brake like this, you'll only be able to turn one way, ha.
