Levant info

Here's what I know, courtesy of Tomity:

Levant frames are made by Mr. Higashikawa in Osaka. Prefecture Kawachi-nagano. Before starting his own marquee he built frames for Shimano in the 1970's. Levant is No. 169 in the NJS recognition register. He sometimes buys frame parts from Kalavinka.
