Thats some good...

Air that you got there.
does your brake cable come behind your bars?

it did....

... when i first looped it over (a quick fix w/ the stock tektro lever after the flip/chop) (bathroom photo).

later, finagled an old S105 lever, and ran the cable/housing through the bar tape (police motorcycles photo and cowboy statue photo), but if found out during a bar tape replacement that this arrangement was stripping/crimping the cable.

so i went back to the loop over the rear of the bar (train tracks photo) - i felt that it kept the cable / brake working best, and since my hands were normally at least 6 inches from the stem, i never seemed to get caught up on the cable.

i finally purchased a pair of cane creek bar end levers (big gear photo), and have finally gotten rid of the excess cable loop (and now have a spare bar end lever for a future project). this is the solution i'd recommend.
