Pro track machine built in the 50's with beautiful Nervex lugwork, amazing seatcluster. The second owner was quite famous, he started his career on it before upgrading to more modern. Paid 30 euros for ot (about 50 bucks) from a guy had it hanging in his barn. The block chain is currently soaking to unlock it, then it'll be clean up time, and down to the local track, high as possible and fast as possible high on the banking, then dive off the corner at speed :))

One of my favourite track machines. Pulled her recently. Currently tracing the racing history, and cleaning up. The Philippe combo needs a rechrome, that's about it apart from new sewups, I'm not a masochist: no riding 30 year old rubber on a track !!!

Nope, those are French Priors, for me the Holy Grail in hubs. Maxicars probably run smoother though I haven't done any bench testing :) As long as it spins free and long, doesn't have any play, I'm not fast enough for there to be a measurable difference. So I go for the BIG high flange drilled ones.
