This is what I did with my 0 frame. I put this together mostly from Nashbar sale items and bike swap parts, and I splurged on a nice Brooks for myself. It cost me as much as the frame.

I sold this bike in November of 2007. It should be on the streets of Philly by now.

How to waist 0.

I would't even pay half of what you paid for this bike, complete at that. BTW, the über, overdone Brooks saddle doesn't take attention away from your crappy bike. :(

Hey thanks for the great

Hey thanks for the great comment. Really, you raised the level of discourse around here. Go ride your bike

He's just bummed..

...because I pointed out that Chris King doesn't make an integrated headset, and that no one in their right mind would trade an Italian or keirin frame for a Langster.

Unfortunately for me, I already sold the frame for 0, or else I'd take up his offer of for my complete build.

do you like the frameset?

do you like the frameset? i've heard some negative things about the frames from the Iro group buys. can you compare the frameset to a Mark V or Angus? i like the blue, i've always wanted iro to do colors other than black.

Frameset

I've read a lot of criticism too, but it seemed to be from people who thought this was going to be their dream bike, and were disappointed to discover than all 0 bought them was straight-gauge steel with a low-end paint job. I've never rode a Mark V or an Angus, but as I understand it, the geometry is the same, the only difference in the tubeset, and even then, we're talking about basic 4130 (between the Mark V and this group buy).

Overall, I liked the frame a lot. I wanted a commuter frame that would be a step up from a conversion, and this has fit the bill pretty well. If you want an IRO, I would recommend it, but I definitely wouldn't pay more than 0 or so for one of these frames.
