I just picked up a japan market PR-10 and I'm decided what to do with it.
Your clearances look a little large, did you convert to 700?

Sharp eye - yes, that wheelset is 700C, with quite skinny tires.

Great lines

a pleasure to see - not enough Stronglights out there in the world, but that and its successor in the 70s were great designs.

Not big on Peugeot

but that one is real sweeeet!
