This frame was used to accomdate my tiny stature and the first builder had difficulties building the front wheel due to problems with the sizing of various parts and the tire. The second builder decided to go with 27" wheels and the matching red Deep Vs to give it a more modern look. A definite update for an old beauty. It's a blast to ride and the comments received are even better!
