I am not a fan of lightweight Schwinn frames but you have put together a really cool bike. I had an old raliegh 3spd i coverted into a single speed 20 years ago and yours brings back motivation to replace it.

I have this same frame, and in probably just about as good condition, minus all of the NICE(0.00) components you put on,
When you obtained this bike, did it have the original steel fenders on it?
