This is my little brother's first road bike. We bought it from a creeper down the road from my mom's place for $ 140 and put around another $ 250 into it. Repainted it, added some upgraded parts and some tough tires, and made him ride it 'till he could say he knew how to ride a bike. I did all the painting myself and including the lugs (which I think turned out pretty good). Honestly I just wanted a bike that I could put Spinachi's on. It's a nice bike though.
