Yay Cannondale!
Changed all the contact points. Really comfy! It had paul tumbies on it when I received it, but I moved the gears back to the downtube.

Are those V-Brake levers?

Love the old cdale but are those v-brake levers with normal road brakes? Do you find your brakes very grabby/locking up the wheels? ...looks good as is but I'd love to see a modern group on this :-X Thanks for sharing!

Oi!

My saddle!

Haha

Yup, still going strong too!

for sure.

that saddle was with me for 3 different bikes, at least 6 centuries and a year of commuting.

Combo

Hey the black components go pretty well with that dark blue. Better than I expected. (I have experience with that color).

And your aluminum fork is just right on this bike!

If you ever sell it, I'm first in line.

Thanks!

And I'll keep you in mind if I sell

Looks pretty sweet! Get a wound up? I hate aluminum forks, they ride like shit, but it definitely looks sweet.

Ya

That'd be sweet, but I'm not really going to upgrade this. I'm in the process of finishing my 'Guchi School Frame and my Bareknuckle. If I picked up a wound up, it would be worth more than what I bought this for lol.

fork ...

Cool bike, but is there a tiny hole on the inside of each fork arm just below the crown ? If yes, I have seen one of these forks break on a friends' bike while going downhill in Spain. Both arms broke exacly at this point, and it all ended up in a bloody mess +2 weeks in a spanish hospital for him. Just take care and have a look.

Also watch out that you don't rip off the welded seat post fixation, which I "managed" to achieve with an early 90ies aluminium frame of mine - *sigh*:o.
