Not sure the exact model of this bike, I bought it second hand and fixed it up. It was a Piaggio era Bianchi (early 80s) that was designed in Italy but manufactured in Japan.

RIP. Got hit by a car and the frame was destroyed :( Will hopefully use the undamaged parts in a new build.

I have that exact bike... Love it but selling it for a surly. What do you estimate the price to be around. It's not in bad condition but could use some cleaning

A Japanese Bianchi?

Really? A Japanese Bianchi? Wow!

nice Bianchi!!

nice Bianchi!!

.

this bike is just so perfect. excellent build. what are your thoughts on the velo-orange saddle (especially if you've ridden brooks saddles before)?

Liking the velo-orange

Thanks! I think the leather on the Velo-Orange saddle isn't quite as nice as Brooks saddles, but otherwise the build quality and comfort is pretty comparable to the B-17 standard I have.
