Frame was built by local legends - Jo Gardin and his partner. Frame was built in their Toronto frame building shop sometime in the 80s (unsure of exact year). These are the same guys that built Curt Harnett's bikes for the olympics. Sadly, Jo passed away a few years ago. I thought I would pay my respects by building this NOS frame up beautifully in a true Canadian colour scheme. Represent.
