Frame:
Benotto

Handlebars and Stem:
The handlebar is a 3ttt and the stem is a Shimano 600

Fork and Headset:
The fork is the original Benotto one and the headset is a Shimano 105

Front wheel:
Either a Wolber or a Mavic MA2

Rear wheel:
Wolber

Crankset and Bottom bracket:
Shimano 105

Saddle and Seat Post:
Saddle is unknown and the seatpost is a modern one from Roots

Notes:

T. Rex's were such fast-moving carnivores. :) I'd send Benotto (http://www.benotto.com.mx/) a close-up of your bike and ask them which model it is. I had the same problem with identifying an old Pinarello.

BTW, the reason your thumbnail above doesn't appear is because it conflicts with another in the system (I had the same problem). If you add a random number to the file name and re-upload it, you'll see the picture.
