panzer dragoon

This was custom built by a friend, he found the frame and brought bits off ebay and bike shops to put it together, I just ride it during the summer. It's white and blue and has a dragon on the top tube and it's a nice change of pace ride, when you can't be arsed to go haring off like a nutter. any info on the frame and the other bits and bobs would be appreciated
